Missing Rain

Missing the rain

Some of the pain

Happy may be

Sadness does not ring

But still, I miss the rain

And even some of the pain

It reminds me of the darkness

Helps me appreciate the light

Scares me in the day

Cuts me in the night

But when the rain blades fade

And pain runs away

I heal in happiness

Dance in sun light

'Til the dance loses meaning

The healing to long completed

Then again I'm missing rain

Asking for its blades of pain
